Focus on technical excellence and economic viability of projects JOB: Senior Electrical Engineer We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to work on solar energy, electrical design, substations, and BESS, with strong field presence, business vision, and discipline in processes and KPIs. Job Mission Ensure technical excellence, economic viability, and operational predictability in solar energy, substation, and electrical solutions projects, connecting engineering, construction, and commercial functions through methodology, process, and KPIs. ? Core and Essential Functions for This Role Design, Estimate, Visit site, Guide teams, Support sales, Ensure correct execution, Build scalable technical standards ? Key Responsibilities * Development and validation of: GD photovoltaic power plant, substation, and BESS designs and sizing. Technical interface with utilities and regulatory bodies ?️ Field Execution Direct field involvement, technical guidance and leadership of installation teams. Ensuring compliance with design, standards, and best practices. Technical support during commissioning and start\-up. Technical problem diagnosis and resolution on site ? Budgeting & Feasibility Development of detailed technical budgets. Support in defining CAPEX, OPEX, and payback. Standardization of cost criteria and technical assumptions. Direct interface with procurement for technical specification of materials ? Commercial & Free Market Technical support to commercial team (pre\-sales and complex sales). Technical and economic feasibility analysis for: GD distributed generation, self-generation, Free Energy Market, and BESS. Translating “complex technical aspects” into clear commercial decisions. ? Processes, CRM & KPIs Follow and help evolve internal processes. Disciplined use of CRM and digital tools. Development and monitoring of technical KPIs: Project efficiency, Rework, Deviation between design vs. construction, Technical margin, Utility rejection rate. Support automation and continuous improvement of the technical area. ? Technical Requirements Electrical Engineering degree, active CREA registration, solid experience in: Photovoltaic solar energy, Electrical design, Substations, Field work, Technical budgeting, Interface with multidisciplinary teams, Technical support to commercial function, Proficiency in engineering tools, Free Energy Market; BESS exposure is a plus, Experience structuring technical standards and processes, Experience with automation, dashboards, and BI, Proven track record of integrated collaboration with commercial team. ?
