The role includes fault diagnosis, repair execution, and technical support to customers. Key responsibilities include: * Field electrical and electromechanical maintenance; * Diagnosis of electrical, electronic, and automation faults; * Adjustments and repairs on panels, wiring, sensors, and actuators; * Technical support to customers and coordination with internal teams; * Equipment startups, testing, and operational validation; * Documentation of incidents and equipment usage guidance; * Compliance with NR10, NR12, and NBR5410 standards\. * Proposing continuous improvements for greater departmental efficiency; * Contributing to departmental organization and standardization; * Providing support for other departmental needs when required; * Adhering to company institutional guidelines.
