Job Summary: Ensure control over vehicle maintenance and departmental KPIs to maintain fleet operability and compliance with regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Manage and prepare data for vehicle maintenance and related KPIs. 2. Collaborate with managers to support decision-making and improve fleet processes. 3. Stay updated on industry trends and technological innovations. Ensure control over vehicle maintenance as well as departmental KPIs to maintain fleet operability and compliance with company policies and procedures. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare and enter data into spreadsheets to monitor costs and departmental KPIs; * Update and analyze departmental KPIs, providing supporting information to managers for decision-making; * Record mechanical issues and relay information to the maintenance department; * Schedule vehicle maintenance with authorized service providers and record invoices for services performed; * Enter fueling and vehicle cleaning data into the system; * Request procurement of mandatory materials and accessories for vehicles from the supply department; * Request vehicle registration and modifications to vehicle specifications, as well as regularization of engine number and/or chassis number with traffic authorities, and make vehicles available for use; * Audit tachograph discs to identify potential equipment malfunctions and possible driver speeding violations, and forward findings to responsible parties; * Suggest improvements to fleet processes for medium-complexity projects aimed at optimizing operations, reducing costs and rework, and enhancing service levels for customers; * Stay updated on trends and technological innovations in the field and on departmental needs; * Support hierarchical superiors by providing information on routines and procedures; * Follow established work policies, standards, and procedures, and contribute to their continuous improvement; * Comply with and respect standard and occupational safety procedures both within the company and at third-party establishments (clients); * Use personal and collective protective equipment correctly and guide others on their proper use. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Experience in data analysis and KPI development. **Additional Information** With **31 years** of experience in the transportation market, we recognize our commitment across multiple dimensions—social, environmental, and economic.
