Job Summary: Financial analyst focused on financial statement analysis, cost management, strategic support, and process optimization, acting as a business partner. Key Highlights: 1. Critical analysis of results and identification of improvement opportunities 2. Modeling and implementation of the cost module in the ERP 3. Support for pricing, margin, and profitability decisions * Analyze financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement) prepared by third-party providers, ensuring alignment with the company's operational and strategic reality; * Critically assess variances in results, identifying root causes, impacts, and improvement opportunities; * Prepare managerial analyses, executive reports, and economic\-financial performance indicators; * Actively participate in the preparation, monitoring, and review of the annual budget (budgeted vs. actual); * Contribute analyses of performance, forecasts, and scenarios (forecast); * Support leadership in interpreting financial results and guiding corrective actions; * Model, structure, and implement the cost module in the ERP, considering processes, cost centers, products, services, and business units; * Ensure proper allocation and analysis of fixed, variable, and indirect costs; * Support pricing, margin, and profitability decisions based on reliable data; * Serve as the focal point between the company and external accounting and tax partners; * Validate classifications, criteria, and information from a managerial and control perspective; * Request adjustments, clarifications, and improvements, ensuring quality, deadlines, and alignment with business strategy. * Identify opportunities for automation and optimization of finance and controller processes; * Standardize routines, reports, and indicators; * Contribute to strengthening internal controls and financial governance. * Work cross-functionally with conceptual mastery and technical confidence across other company departments; * Translate financial data into clear, accessible, and decision-oriented information; * Act as a business partner with broad and systemic vision.
