Populate, update, and verify Excel spreadsheets, maintaining organized and reliable data. Provide customer service (in-person, by phone, or digitally), delivering information courteously, clearly, and promptly. Perform proofreading and correction of reports, documents, and internal communications, ensuring textual quality and standardization. Organize physical and digital documents, safeguarding information confidentiality and integrity. Support other administrative activities as required by the department. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Secretary, Office Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
