**Main Activities:** * Ensure that operational processes and procedures are carried out according to established standards for receiving, sorting, preparing, and shipping packages and orders handled at the distribution center. * Support the driver team in operational processes, assisting with inquiries and logistical procedures. * Monitor operational performance to ensure smooth operation. * Participate in action plans with support areas, ensuring the main performance indicators of the unit. * Ensure smoothness in shipping processes by working in partnership with the internal transportation department. * Monitor the development of drivers' routes. **Requirements:** * High school diploma. Higher education in progress or completed will be a differentiator. * Experience in operational routines in logistics, retail, industry, and/or production. * Proficiency in Excel. **Schedule:** 07:00 to 15:20 (Mon\- Sat) Job type: Temporary Contract duration: 9 months Pay: starting at R$3\.117.00 per month
