




**General Description:** The Quality Assistant supports the quality department's routines, ensuring that excellence processes meet Nestlé's established standards and regulatory requirements. Supports the team in executing operational activities, controlling documentation, and maintaining compliance records, contributing to continuous improvement and process compliance. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in **compliance verification** of products and processes according to Nestlé standards; * Support in **management of quality documents and records** (GMP, SOPs, audit reports); * Monitor indicators and complete quality monitoring worksheets; * Participate in internal and external audit processes, providing support and information; * Assist in **field data collection and analysis**, coaching, feedback, and non-conformities; * Track corrective and preventive actions, ensuring their implementation; * Collaborate with the quality and operations teams to maintain good manufacturing practices. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Basic knowledge of quality processes; * Proficiency in Office suite tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to processes. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Proactivity and teamwork; * Good communication and interpersonal skills; * Analytical and problem-solving ability; * Professional discretion and ethics.
