If you identify with our purpose, shall we together imagine a future and engineer it? **Responsibilities and duties** **Summary description:** Carry out necessary actions for the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Occupational Safety Management System, monitoring working conditions and identifying adverse situations through inspections and systematic application of legislation and corporate procedures, in order to preserve employees' health and physical integrity, as well as promoting awareness for preventive actions on related topics. **Detailed description:** Monitor compliance with occupational safety laws, supervising work areas/sites, assessing behaviors and risk agents, and guiding employees toward proper practices. Prepare, organize, and deliver training sessions, as well as conduct DDS (Daily Safety Talks), Brigade Meetings, and others as needed. Evaluate safety documentation from suppliers accessing company facilities, verifying their compliance with environmental operating configurations to prevent government penalties and ensure employee safety; assess/prepare APR (Preliminary Risk Analysis), audit Work Permits in the field, conduct SHE campaigns; Monitor and investigate all workplace incidents/accidents, visiting the site, verifying conditions, analyzing the incident in a group setting, preparing reports, and recommending appropriate preventive and control measures. Perform activities inherent to compliance with safety regulations according to planning, supporting CIPA processes, simulation exercises, mandatory trainings, and others, as well as inspecting safety and firefighting equipment, ensuring they are in perfect condition and operational. Monitor measurements of physical, chemical, biological, mechanical, and ergonomic hazards within facilities by visiting areas, complying with legal requirements and ensuring employee safety. Execute activities outlined in the PGR (Risk Management Program) and other specific area programs. Support management in handling critical processes within the unit, assisting in developing training plans, risk management, operational procedures, and others, focusing on health and safety aspects. Perform assigned tasks according to received plans, under the supervision and/or support of technically senior professionals or immediate managers, even if only for occasional guidance or problem-solving. Does not yet demonstrate full proficiency across all processes, operations, or equipment within their area or full productivity levels. Close safety indicators at the unit; Participate in implementing departmental work plans and procedures, executing and monitoring necessary technical actions to achieve established goals and objectives.
