




Job Responsibilities: * Engage with the active customer base, focusing on sales and identifying new opportunities; * Responsible for upselling (adding licenses and migrating environments) and cross-selling (offering new products); * Serve as the negotiation liaison with customers, including presenting proposals and forwarding them to the projects team; * Also responsible for analyzing the customer portfolio, participating in promotional activities, and strategic planning aimed at expanding and retaining the customer base. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Business Processes, Social Communication, Economics, Commercial Engineering, Advertising and Public Relations, or Digital Business Management; * Proficiency with Google tools (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Slides); * Familiarity with CRM software; * Experience in the software industry is considered a plus.
