Support in negotiations and cost reduction opportunities **Job Description:** ---------------------- Are you communicative, organized, and experienced in negotiation and supplier relationship management? We are looking for a committed professional to join our Procurement department, ensuring that purchases are executed with quality, agility, and in compliance with RZ Rezzadori’s internal standards. Responsibilities: - Conduct quotations and compare supplier proposals. - Issue purchase orders and track them through to final delivery. - Address issues such as delays, discrepancies, and necessary adjustments. - Maintain up-to-date supplier records in the system. - Monitor agreed deadlines, quantities, and terms. - Support negotiations and cost reduction opportunities. - Provide administrative support to departmental routines. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed high school education. Technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields is desirable. Basic Excel knowledge. Knowledge of procurement and export processes. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Advantageous: Organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills with suppliers and colleagues. Proactivity and accountability regarding deadlines.
