Job Summary: We are seeking a Carpenter to work in the construction industry, with challenges involving timber processing, formwork assembly and supervision, and site layout, emphasizing innovation and sustainability. Work Environment: You will work within our civil construction business unit. Your Responsibilities Will Include: * Processing purchased timber for concrete formwork execution, including operation of stationary and handheld circular saws. * Assembling formwork panels, installing/positioning them at locations specified in structural drawings, ensuring dimensional compliance, strength, alignment, plumbness, and watertightness of assembled components. * Monitoring concrete pouring phases to verify that installed and assembled formwork remains in perfect condition during concrete placement. * Performing site layout (setting out), installing column shoes, assembling metal or timber scaffolding to support the weight of reinforced concrete structures under construction, and executing formwork removal from cast structural elements only after authorization from the project engineering team. Preferred Qualifications: * Elementary education; * Flexible working hours; * Carpentry training course (a plus); * Easy access to Rio de Janeiro’s downtown area.
