That’s why we’re looking for a **CONSTRUCTION MANAGER** who wants to build an extraordinary legacy together with us. **If you have:** * Completed Civil Engineering degree; * Minimum 10 years of experience in vertical construction; * Knowledge of construction and building management processes, resources, and methodologies. **You will be responsible for:** * Developing and controlling physical, financial, and cash flow schedules to meet pre\-established targets; * Monitoring expenditures and anticipating potential deviations; * Negotiating budgets for outsourced services, ensuring contracts align with the financial viability of projects; * Training direct subordinates in performing their duties, ensuring compliance with company procedures; * Analyzing and challenging designs/products to improve information quality, reduce costs, enhance final product quality, and minimize maintenance costs; * Researching and introducing new technologies and suppliers into the market to optimize costs and increase productivity; * Authorizing payments related to the project, both for services and materials; * Evaluating service providers.
