Job Summary: A Construction Technician responsible for measurements, planning, budgeting, construction supervision, and preparation of technical specifications. Key Highlights: 1. Technical execution and supervision of construction projects 2. Planning, budgeting, and quantity surveying 3. Preparation of specifications and collaboration in raw material receipt Among the responsibilities of the Construction Technician are: * Perform construction measurements and work sheets; * Report project progress to the Technical Director; * Conduct technical site visits; * Address on-site requirements; * Calibrate and verify measuring instruments; * Planning; * Budgeting; * Quantity surveying; * Define final product specifications; * Prepare technical procurement specifications; * Collaborate in raw material receipt; Employment type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.000,00 - R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Profit-sharing * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Industrial construction projects?
