Job Summary: A marketing professional to conduct research, analyze data, develop reports, support campaigns and events, and manage communication and budget. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic support for marketing campaigns and events. 2. Management of market research and data analysis for decision-making. 3. Collaboration with internal and external teams in strategy execution. · Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors; · Analyze market and consumer data to inform strategic marketing decisions; · Develop reports and presentations based on research results; · Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns; · Support event organization, including logistical matters; · Assist in organizing and coordinating events, including managing logistical matters (venue selection and booking, transportation management, audiovisual equipment procurement, catering, security); · Support the sales team in executing communication and customer relationship strategies with customers and potential customers following completed events; · Monitor marketing action budget execution and ensure expenses remain within planned limits; · Provide internal departments with support in drafting corporate communications aligned with the company’s brand, strategy, and visual identity; · Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaign consistency and effectiveness; · Develop content for the company’s marketing channels, including website, social media, and internal announcements; · Ensure campaign content aligns with the company’s brand and visual identity; · Generate regular marketing KPI reports and present results to the team; · Maintain organization of marketing files and documents; · Comply with and enforce the company’s quality policy; · Comply with and enforce the company’s standards and procedures; Comply with and enforce safety practices, accident prevention, and environmental risk mitigation.
