Training and Development Analyst

Job Summary: Responsible for organizing and delivering training sessions, preparing instructional materials, tracking attendance, and maintaining the training database up to date. Key Highlights: 1. Partnerships with educational institutions and language schools Main Responsibilities: * Prepare training schedules, training calendars, and invitations or notifications for trainees, sending materials to respective company units or departments; * Organize training venues, preparing all necessary resources for instructors and trainees; * Prepare instructional materials, including handouts, presentations, certificates, and attendance lists; * Sort and retrieve materials used in training sessions, as well as arrange snacks and coffee for participants; * Track trainee attendance in courses, recording data in designated logs or using computer systems; * Maintain records and databases of training activities and sessions delivered, updating employee training-related registration data; * Register participants for external courses, coordinating related logistics such as dates, transportation, expenses, and providing necessary information to participants; * Keep training information and history updated; * Deliver training sessions; * Other related duties; Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in training and development; * Knowledge of instructional techniques and facilitation methods for in-person training; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; * Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in teams; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
