PROCUREMENT ANALYST JOB DESCRIPTION Responsible for executing procurement-related activities, including requesting and analyzing quotations for all products and services, issuing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries through to invoice processing—strictly in accordance with established technical instructions and departmental procedures. The primary objective is to fulfill procurement demands efficiently within departmental workflows while seeking optimal pricing and terms. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES * Prepare and analyze quotations and budgets for all products and services to secure the best possible pricing and contractual terms for the company. * Issue and monitor purchase orders to ensure procurement requirements are fulfilled within required timeframes. * Identify and evaluate new suppliers of products and services to broaden purchasing options, optimize delivery timelines, and obtain improved pricing and terms for the company. * Support the registration of all products in the ERP system to maintain standardized data entry practices. * Provide warehouse staff with accurate information regarding purchased items to prevent uncertainties during goods receipt. * Develop department-specific initiatives, such as automated controls, supplier agreements to ensure supply continuity and cost reduction, inventory requirement assessments, and system implementations aimed at enhancing process efficiency. * Fulfill procurement requests from External Units, covering acquisition of all required products and services. * Provide analytical and operational support to the Supply Chain Supervisor / Supply Chain Coordination team by generating ERP-based reports, supplying updates on procurement progress and potential bottlenecks, and conducting cost-reduction analyses. * Keep internal clients informed about the status of their purchase requests to ensure transparency and timely updates. * Perform related duties and assume other responsibilities assigned by management within the scope of this role. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. Prior experience in service contracting and procurement of civil construction materials is desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. ERP system knowledge.
