




Job Summary: Technical support professional responsible for hardware, network, and system maintenance, providing both on-site and remote support to users. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in handling IT incidents and service requests RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES * Perform maintenance on microcomputers, peripherals, printers, and network assets; * Perform maintenance and support for IP telephony services; * Provide remote or on-site support to internal users for systems and basic software, within the defined service level; * Provide updates on technical support ticket status to the requesting user.
