Identify opportunities for continuous improvement **Job Description:** ---------------------- **This position is also inclusive for persons with disabilities (PCDs).** We are seeking a Logistics Analyst to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, focused on ensuring operational process efficiency and data accuracy. **Requirements** -------------- **What are the requirements?** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience in logistics operations and data analysis; * Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Excel and BI tools (Power BI is a plus); * Strong analytical skills, organizational ability, and proactivity; * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. **Responsibilities** --------------------- **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Preparing and updating operational performance reports (KPIs) and daily performance data; * Planning and optimizing picking waves to maximize resource utilization and ensure on-time delivery; * Monitoring the end-to-end logistics process—from planning through to dispatch—ensuring operational fluidity and quality; * Supporting leadership in data-driven decision-making; * Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in logistics processes. **About DHL** --------------- DHL Supply Chain is a global leader in logistics, connecting people and businesses.
