The company is seeking a professional to work as an **IT Technician**, supporting infrastructure routines, technical support, and network administration, contributing to system stability and security. **Main Responsibilities** * Support network setup and installation of IT applications and components; * Perform installation, support, and maintenance of ERP systems; * Carry out maintenance of computers, servers, switches, and other network equipment; * Provide technical support (Help Desk and Service Desk); * Implement, install, and configure security devices (Firewall, antivirus, Endpoint Security, and monitoring); * Administer and update security systems and access rules (Active Directory); * Participate in technology implementation and innovation projects; * Perform backups and ensure data integrity; * Engage third-party system support when necessary; * Manage email accounts and user access; * Support the control and inspection of IT materials and services. **Requirements** * Completed or currently pursuing a high school diploma with technical training in Information Technology; * Minimum **6 months of experience in this role**; * Knowledge of network, server, and computer installation and maintenance; * Experience with operating systems and software installation (Office Suite); * Knowledge of databases and IT infrastructure; * Proficiency in the Office Suite. **Salary** * **R$ 2.000,00** * After probationary period: **R$ 2.500,00** Payment: R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Childcare allowance * Basic food basket * Partnerships and commercial discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
