Assistance in demolition, assembly, and finishing tasks The Construction Helper will be responsible for **supporting the construction team's activities**, assisting with site organization, material transportation, and operational tasks, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality on the job site. **Main Responsibilities** * Support masons, hydraulic plumbers, and other construction professionals * Transport and organize materials and tools * Prepare mortars, plasters, and concrete * Perform site cleaning and organization * Assist in minor demolition, assembly, and finishing tasks * Comply with safety regulations and PPE usage requirements * Assist in loading and unloading materials **Requirements** **Mandatory:** * Elementary education (completion preferred) * Availability to work on construction sites * Commitment, responsibility, and physical stamina **Desirable:** * Prior experience in construction or civil engineering projects * Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.600,00 - R$1.800,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
