Schedule and reschedule appointments, receive payments, and manage and organize patient flow into the clinics. **Your main responsibilities will be:** * **Organization and Maintenance of the Environment**: Organize clinics for physician consultations, including restocking prescription pads and medical certificates, checking expiration dates, and replenishing materials and medications. Turn on or off computer equipment, ophthalmological devices, and air conditioning, as well as cover and uncover ophthalmological equipment. Perform superficial cleaning of the work environment and remove garbage. Monitor the temperature of the medication refrigerator. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the clinic in the absence of the cleaning staff. * **Patient Service**: Pre-consultation tasks, including patient pupil dilation before appointments. Receive patients, guide and assist them when entering and leaving the clinic, providing clear information and support. Conduct patient satisfaction surveys to improve the patient experience. * **Conducting Exams and Tests**: Perform exams using devices such as autorefractors and non-contact tonometers. Carry out visual acuity tests when necessary. Verify eyeglass prescriptions and provide guidance on prescriptions to patients. Schedule contact lens fitting appointments and perform contact lens trials. Sell contact lenses, providing instructions on usage and care. * **Administrative and Financial Management**: Register patients in the system, schedule and cancel appointments and exams. Request procedure authorizations from insurance providers and correctly fill out forms, manually when necessary. Open and close cash registers, and finalize billing for services in the system. Fill out sales orders in the system and issue invoices. * **Communication and Relationships**: Confirm appointment and exam schedules with patients via phone or digital media. Use corporate email and internal social networks to resolve administrative tasks.
