This flexibility increases the likelihood of continued employment, allowing professionals to be assigned to new projects as needed, thereby strengthening their career path with us. **\#SOMOSMILPLAN** **Main Responsibilities:** * Read and interpret sketch drawings to execute reinforcement assemblies according to specifications, identifying the type of reinforcement bar required and resolving any uncertainties with the immediate supervisor. * Sort and prepare reinforcement bars for use according to project progress and requirements, transporting\-them and storing\-them in appropriate locations as instructed by the supervisor. * Verify dimensions of components for cutting, determining bar cuts according to component lengths, setting up templates, and sawing\-them per the project specifications. * Analyze reinforcement assembly characteristics to ensure correct bending according to specified angles. * Transport and assemble reinforcement bars for beams, columns, slabs, foundations, and blocks, tying\-them properly and in accordance with technical specifications outlined in the project. * Perform alignment, cutting, bending, and assembly of reinforcement for structural reinforcement. * Supervise concrete pouring for reinforced components when required. * Operate Aerial Work Platforms (AWP) when required. * Organize and prepare the worksite, assist in foundation and masonry/concrete structure construction, apply finishes and screeds as requested. * Prepare reinforcement and concrete structures, bend reinforcement bars, assemble formwork and shoring, produce concrete aggregate mixtures, unload and pump concrete, and cast test specimens. * Support the immediate supervisor on matters related to the area of responsibility, reporting and discussing issues and irregularities to help define appropriate procedures and actions. **Required Knowledge:** * Measurements * Marking and distribution of reinforcement steel * Basic understanding of cutting, bending, and assembling reinforcement bars of various diameters * Basic understanding of reading and interpreting project drawings and plans **Education:** Completed elementary school **Experience in sector/area:** Six months Minimum Education Level: Elementary School (1st level)
