Document flow management and supplier communication Plan and monitor import activities; analyze and control document flow for import operations. Responsibility for the company's import processes; direct contact with suppliers; packing instructions; document verification; selection and coordination of optimal logistics; shipping instructions; process tracking with adherence to deadlines and cost targets; follow-up and updating of internal company records. **Requirements:** Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Outlook): Basic level, but candidate must possess functional familiarity—advanced Excel proficiency required. ERP system knowledge. Language: Intermediate English for oral communication; advanced English for written communication. Additional courses and specializations: Experience with ANVISA and INMETRO certifications—especially for toys—is preferred. Additional notes: Candidates from any import sector are welcome. Experience importing children’s products is a strong advantage. Foreign trade knowledge with minimum 3 years of experience.
