




The **Administrative Supervisor** will be responsible for coordinating and guiding the Contract Assistants team, ensuring compliance with administrative and operational routines related to contract management and personnel movements. This professional will play a strategic role in interfacing with the Human Resources Department, ensuring the correct application of labor processes, electronic timekeeping management, and alignment of demands with Contract Managers. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and support the Contract Assistants team in administrative and operational activities, ensuring quality and process standardization. * Monitor and validate job requisition requests, terminations, and mass hiring events, ensuring alignment with operational needs. * Ensure proper control and analysis of electronic time records (NEXTI), validating overtime entries, absences, and medical certificates. * Supervise the process of requesting, delivering, and controlling employee uniforms. * Guide and validate disciplinary sanction notices in coordination with Contract Managers and the Human Resources Department. * Interface with the Human Resources Department to ensure legal and labor compliance across all processes. * Monitor team productivity reports and performance indicators, suggesting improvements and optimizing internal workflows. * Support Contract Managers in planning and executing administrative, operational, and strategic actions. * Actively participate in the training and development of Assistants, promoting team alignment with company policies and guidelines. **Technical Requirements** * Completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Proven experience in Human Resources Department routines (payroll, timekeeping, admissions, and terminations). * Previous experience in supervisory or coordination roles within administrative teams is a differentiator. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * Experience with management systems and electronic timekeeping systems (NEXTI or similar). **Behavioral Requirements** * Leadership and people management. * Organization, discipline, and attention to detail. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Proactivity and strategic vision. * Ability to prioritize and make decisions. * Commitment to results and sense of responsibility. **Working Hours:** Monday through Thursday from 08:00 to 18:00 and Friday from 08:00 to 17:00. **If you are interested in this opportunity and wish to become part of our team, we would love to get to know you!
