




On-site \- CLT The Academic Analyst is responsible for overseeing the entire academic administrative process within the department, including conducting selection processes, opening new academic poles, and other related activities. * + Opening selection processes for professors, tutors, and coordinators. + Preliminary screening of resumes for professors, tutors, and coordinators. + Receiving invoices from suppliers and confirming payments. + Evaluating suppliers. + Booking classrooms for academic poles and dispatching exams to undergraduate students. + Receiving digitized exams completed by students and forwarding them to the academic secretariat. + Assessing feasibility and opening new academic poles. + Scheduling exams. + Administering exams. + Sending answer keys. + Thesis defense (TCC). + Final reporting for postgraduate/faculty certification. + Administrative procedures related to on-site courses: + Sending and receiving student contracts. + Booking venues for on-site classes; Required Specific Knowledge * + Familiarity with academic routines/secretarial tasks and student support; Education * + Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in Pedagogy, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. Experience * + Minimum 6 months’ experience in Higher Education (distance or on-site), with focus on student support and service providers.
