Job Summary: Technical support professional to assist end users, maintain equipment, install systems, and monitor the IT environment, with emphasis on proactivity and teamwork. Key Highlights: 1. IT environment monitoring and information security support **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to end users, handling hardware, software, and network service tickets; * Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of IT equipment; * Perform installation and configuration of systems, computers, printers, and network devices; * Monitor the IT environment to ensure availability and performance; * Support network administration, access management, and information security; Document service tickets and technical procedures; * Perform related tasks as requested by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements**: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
