Job Summary:
Professional to handle end-to-end import processes, from customer service and document management to logistics scheduling and supplier negotiation.

**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday: early departure at 5:30 PM
**Level:** Professional
**Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT
Customer service for internal and external clients regarding import processes;
Initiation and management of import processes in the system;
Issuance and verification of documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Import Declaration/DUIMP, LPCO);
Customs classification of goods (NCM) and technical product analysis;
Cost calculation and support in billing;
End-to-end tracking of import processes (from origin to destination and customs clearance);
Support during audits, cargo inspections, and document control;
Management of financial operations (foreign exchange, AFRMM, ICMS, CE Mercante);
Logistics scheduling (international/national freight, container loading and return);
Negotiation and management of contracts with ports, carriers, and EADIs;
Cargo insurance and claims management;
Organization and archiving of import dossiers.
**Requirements:**
Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields;
Experience in foreign trade operations, import and export;
Knowledge of national and international customs and commercial regulations;
Intermediate Excel proficiency;
Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency.
