PME Máquinas specializes in the sale and rental of construction and industrial machinery and equipment. We provide comprehensive solutions to meet our customers' needs. **What will you do in this role?:** Create and organize product registrations on e\-commerce platforms according to established standards. Monitor customer interactions, responding to inquiries and requests. Support resolution of online sales issues (Mercado Livre and company website). Contact logistics partners to optimize pre- and post-sales processes.
