Ensuring safety and compliance **Description:** – Ensure merchandise is verified, sorted, and labeled in appropriate locations; – Monitor and control pending volumes until their dispatch; – Ensure merchandise is loaded onto correct destinations; – Monitor and guide loading, unloading, pickup, and delivery processes, whether at the company or at the customer’s site; – Support the team to ensure merchandise is properly arranged and evenly distributed in vehicles or on premises; – Prevent losses to the company by performing volume measurements (cubage) on merchandise; – Contribute to operational safety by verifying and releasing trailer seals; – Control outgoing merchandise from the company, correctly completing waybills; – Maintain electronic systems with up-to-date information; – Work collaboratively and perform other tasks as required; – Provide objective and reliable information; – Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace; – Adhere to the Code of Ethics and Conduct, and operate strictly within rigorous Compliance boundaries, in accordance with all applicable laws, regulatory standards, and internal policies; – Commit to meeting requirements of relevant quality and environmental certifications, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and SASSMAQ. **Remarks on Compensation:**
