With infrastructure designed to support and empower our teams, the Company reinforces its commitment to this transformative journey. **Responsibilities and Duties** Main Responsibilities * Develop and maintain operational dashboards in Power BI for monitoring: * Water production and distribution * Loss indices * Energy consumption * Corrective and preventive maintenance * Operational services and customer service * Pavement restoration and construction works * Quality and continuity indicators of water supply * Collect, consolidate, and process data from corporate systems, spreadsheets, and operational databases. * Perform data modeling and create metrics (KPIs) for performance monitoring. * Identify operational deviations, trends, and improvement opportunities. * Prepare managerial reports and analyses to support management decision-making. * Automate routines for information updating and consolidation. * Support operational teams in defining indicators, targets, and measurement criteria. * Ensure data consistency, reliability, and traceability. * Prepare executive presentations with operational performance analyses. * Provide user support for interpreting and using dashboards.
