Job Purpose Implement and maintain HSE management systems in operational contexts, aligned with Company HSE guidelines and international standards. Oversee all HSE\-related matters within the assigned area. Job Description * Develop and ensure the implementation of the HSE Management System in compliance with international standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and others). * Guarantee that all site activities conducted by TFMC adhere strictly to TechnipFMC HSE Standards. * Implement and monitor compliance with HSE plans and procedures. * Establish and maintain HSE monitoring and audit programs. * Promote environmental protection and safety awareness across the workforce through regular meetings with supervisors, employees, and subcontractors. * Provide expert HSE support and advice to project and site management teams. * Act as the primary interface with clients and regulatory authorities on HSE matters. * Ensure the protection of environmentally sensitive areas during operations. * Develop and implement environmental monitoring and auditing programs for all operational phases. * Conduct occupational safety risk assessments and participate in incident/accident investigations. * Lead by example and foster the development of the HSE team. * Ensure effective implementation of project HSE training and induction programs at site level. * Organize and promote periodic site HSE reviews. You are meant for this job if: * Bachelor’s degree in HSE Engineering or related field. * Solid knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. * Experience with learning management systems and HSE training programs. * Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook. * Experience in the Oil \& Gas industry. * English proficiency is a strong advantage. **Being a global leader in the energy industry requires an inclusive and diverse environment.
