Your responsibilities will include: * Consolidating, monitoring, and updating project schedules; * Preparing and updating project descriptive memoranda; * Managing and updating databases and KPIs; * Preparing managerial reports and presentations; * Organizing project meetings, drafting minutes, and tracking action plans; * Supporting project governance and control activities. **Prerequisites** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering or related fields; * Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Lean, Agile, and/or MVP); * Advanced Microsoft Office suite proficiency; * Familiarity with dashboards, Power BI, and managerial KPIs; * Intermediate English proficiency is considered a plus. **Soft Skills** * Organization and planning; * Analytical ability; * Proactivity.
