Job Summary: We are seeking a Class D Driver to perform customer transfers, conduct vehicle inspections, and organize the parking lot, while maintaining vehicle condition and safety, and interacting courteously with customers. We have expanded from Northeast Brazil to Southeast, South, and Central-West regions, developing tailored solutions for diverse customer profiles — from tourists and app-based drivers to family travelers and corporate fleets. \#FocoIsAboutAddingUp **Main Responsibilities:** --------------------------- * Perform customer transfers between airport, company, and airport; * Conduct vehicle inspections and verify the need for preventive maintenance; * Organize the parking lot to optimize physical space; * Maintain vehicle condition and upkeep; * Comply with traffic laws and company safety regulations; * Interact courteously with customers during vehicle handover/pickup. **Mandatory Requirements:** ---------------------------- * Completed High School education; * Availability to work on weekends and holidays (6x1 or 12x36 shift schedule); * Valid Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH), Category D; * Prior experience as a Category D driver; * Knowledge of traffic laws and road safety regulations; * Ability to meet established deadlines and schedules; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. **Desirable Requirements (Preferred):** ---------------------------------------- * Experience in corporate transportation or logistics; * Basic knowledge of vehicle preventive maintenance; * Completion of defensive driving and transportation safety courses; * Basic English for communication on international routes or documentation. **Benefits:** --------------- * Market-competitive salary \+ variable bonus based on goal achievement; * Transportation allowance (with 6% employee contribution); * Meal/food allowance of BRL 22.88 per worked day (with BRL 1.00 employee contribution) via Swile Flex; * Bradesco Health Plan (Ward or Private Room, fully employee-funded if opted); * BRL 200.00 bonus (via Swile) under the "Refer a Talent" program, if the referred friend is hired; * SEST/SENAT partnership for free dental, physiotherapy, psychological, and nutritional care (subject to availability); * Totalpass (starting at BRL 39.90, if opted); * Dental Plan (starting at BRL 13.79, if opted); * Birthday Day Off; * Corporate University (Unifoco); * Additional benefits (depending on location). **Work Schedule:** ------------------------ * 6x1 shift schedule \- 8:00 PM to 7:15 AM.
