Customer guidance on equipment and service usage. **Internet Technical Assistant** **Job Description:** We are seeking a professional responsible for **configuring, installing, and providing support for internet networks**, serving both **residential** and **commercial** clients. This role includes physical installation of equipment — such as **modems, routers, and cables** — as well as **network configuration** and **connection troubleshooting**. **Responsibilities:** * Install and configure local area networks (Wi\-Fi and wired); * Run fiber-optic and conventional cables in compliance with company standards; * Ensure reliable connectivity and network infrastructure performance; * Guide customers on equipment and service usage; * Identify and resolve technical connection issues. **Requirements:** * Knowledge of computer networking and communication protocols; * Experience with networking equipment; * Proficiency in using installation tools and equipment; * Strong communication skills and ability to explain procedures clearly and concisely; * Willingness to travel and work outside standard business hours; * **Valid driver's license class A or B (mandatory).** **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in telecommunications or internet service providers; * Technical training in networking, IT, or electrical installation; **Employment Type:** CLT **Work Schedule:** Rotating shift **Benefits:** meal allowance, transportation allowance, hazard pay; Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.621,00 \- R$1\.900,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
