Then this opportunity is for you! **Requirements:** Completed high school; Security Guard training course, refresher course, and updated CNV (National Registry of Security Guards); Flexible availability for shifts; Prior experience in this role is a plus. **Responsibilities:** Monitor and control the entry and exit of people at the branch, verifying compliance with security regulations (e.g., use of revolving doors); Act preventively by anticipating harmful events and identifying potential security vulnerabilities; Provide information and guidance to customers while maintaining a professional demeanor that conveys trust and safety; Complete incident reports and logs regarding any irregularities or incidents observed during the shift; Intervene in risky situations—such as robberies, assaults, or disturbances—acting strictly within legal limits and contacting police forces (Military Police/Federal Police) when necessary; Salary and benefits according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCT) for Rio Grande do Norte (RN) Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) * Wellhub\- Gympass * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance
