Job Summary: A professional responsible for customer service, order management, product organization, beverage preparation, and store cleaning, contributing to the monthly inventory reconciliation. Key Highlights: 1. In-person and online customer service, assisting customers in product selection. 2. Order management and fulfillment for app-based orders. 3. Organization and cleaning of products and utensils. **1\.**Provides in-person and online customer service, assisting customers in product selection; **2\.**Receives, tracks, and fulfills app-based orders; **3\.**Records customer complaints and inquiries and reports them to the immediate supervisor; **4\.**Organizes products in freezers and keeps them clean, as well as all utensils used for handling ice cream; **5\.**Prepares and serves beverages (coffee, juices, and milkshakes) according to received orders; **6\.**Bakes and restocks savory snacks according to demand (only in snack bars); **7\.**Performs store maintenance, organization, and cleaning; **8\.**Contributes to the store’s monthly inventory reconciliation; Performs other related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor.
