Job Summary: Coordinate and optimize dispatch activities, lead operational and administrative teams, and drive continuous improvement of logistics processes. Key Highlights: 1. Valuing employees, customers, and commercial partners guides our efforts toward better service delivery, pursuing innovation, continuous development, and value creation for all stakeholders. **Caring closely to go further.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate dispatch activities (route allocation, loading, and dispatch to third-party fleet); * Plan and allocate resources (equipment and/or personnel) across teams, analyzing demand and defining priorities; * Ensure efficiency and on-time delivery; * Lead and develop the operational and administrative team, monitoring performance and productivity, and providing feedback and training; * Drive continuous improvement of logistics processes within the dispatch area; * Control inventory in the dispatch area; * Ensure compliance with safety, organization (5S), and procedural standards; * Interface with departments such as logistics, sales, and transportation; * Be accountable for performance indicators (KPIs), prepare results reports, and propose continuous improvements using management tools (PDCA, 5W2H, etc.); * Conduct routine team meetings and align strategies with management/supervision; * Guarantee a safe working environment, compliant with legal requirements and internal policies; * Map processes, identify gaps, and implement solutions for operational improvements in the dispatch area; * Implement People & Management practices, KPIs, and team engagement (experience evaluation, feedback, orientation minutes, disciplinary actions, medical certificate management, leave administration, and other related cases); * Safeguard company/client assets and resources, using them responsibly; * Be responsible for electronic timekeeping handling and management; * And other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Experience in logistics/dispatch; * Proven experience coordinating logistics operations teams. * Knowledge of logistics operations, focusing on processes, optimization, and metrics. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate Excel skills. * Availability to work from 4:00 PM to 1:38 AM (afternoon and night shifts). * Familiarity with WMS systems. * Prior experience in logistics leadership roles. * Experience with distribution channels, SAP, or Winthor systems will be considered an advantage. * Desired: Easy access to the Marechal Deodoro - AL Distribution Center. **Additional Information** * Meals provided at the workplace; * Meal voucher; * Dental assistance; * Medical assistance; * Commuter bus service; * Pharmacy benefit plan; * My Day; * Life insurance; * Workplace gymnastics; * Educational platform; * Educational incentives; * And others. **\#JOINNAZÁRIA** and learn more about us We are part of Grupo Jorge Batista, which for 70 years has operated with dedication, excellence, and responsibility to supply the Northeastern region (all states) and the Northern region (Amapá, Pará, and Tocantins) with high-quality products. **Market leader in our operating states, Nazária Distribuidora is recognized as one of the leading economic groups in Brazil’s North and Northeast regions**. *We strive to deliver quality products and services to our customers and partners.
