**Required Qualifications:**
Completed high school education and/or ongoing undergraduate studies in Logistics, International Trade, Public Relations, or Administration; Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; Flexibility and availability regarding working hours.
**Responsibilities:**
Liaising with maritime agencies for logistics scheduling follow-up; Preparing work shift schedules; Submitting and processing official petitions and clearances; Recording and tracking supplies; Analyzing and controlling documentation; Performing other departmental duties.
