Maintain a clean and organized pantry, including cleaning of utensils, equipment, and work surfaces. Clean and store plates, cutlery, glasses, trays, and other utensils used during meal service, ensuring they are clean and ready for use. Cut, chop, slice, peel, and prepare a variety of ingredients as required. Prepare and assemble simple dishes, such as cooking eggs, root vegetables, desserts, savory snacks, drinks, juices, sandwiches, tapioca, and similar items. Support the kitchen assistant in preparing more elaborate desserts; Produce and restock food items. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed elementary education. Knowledge of good food handling practices.
