Support simple maintenance tasks and internal event organization. **Job Description:** Perform cleaning and maintenance services for internal and external areas, including sweeping, washing, waste collection, and replenishment of supplies, ensuring organized and suitable environments for employees and customers. Carry out basic maintenance activities in external areas, including gardens—such as watering plants, cleaning, minor adjustments, and conservation of green areas. Support simple maintenance tasks, internal event organization, and upkeep of sidewalks and common areas.
