Join TPC Intelligent Logistics! **Responsibilities and Duties** Assist in **administrative activities**, including preparation, organization, and maintenance of files; document copying; document scanning; delivery, pickup, and collection of signatures; telephone support; and assistance to employees. Assist in organizing office supplies, general document folders, medical records, and other materials. Assist in filling out and entering administrative and operational information into systems, spreadsheets, and manual logs. Assist in organizing events, support 5S implementation, support distribution of PPE, and collect training attendance signatures. Support HR in candidate call-outs, requesting documents, and receiving them.
