Job Summary:
Supervise teams, analyze fleet data to identify improvements, optimize costs, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

#### **Main Responsibilities:**
* Supervise team, monitor and analyze fleet performance indicators (KPIs), such as fuel consumption, maintenance costs, vehicle utilization, driver performance, and tire performance;
* Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, deviations, and opportunities for improvement in fleet management.
* Propose and implement strategies to reduce fleet operational costs, including supplier negotiations and process optimization.
* Plan and execute fuel economy campaigns, monitor their results, and adjust actions as necessary.
* Prepare managerial reports and presentations summarizing analytical findings and recommendations for decision-making.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and traffic regulations.
* Manage and maintain up-to-date fleet-related systems and databases.
#### **Mandatory Requirements:**
* Proven experience in fleet management, with a focus on data and performance indicator analysis.
* Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Microsoft Excel.
* Ability to develop and monitor fleet KPIs.
* Strong analytical capability to interpret large volumes of data and convert them into actionable insights.
* Proactivity, organization, and results orientation.
* Good interpersonal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
#### **Desirable Qualifications (Preferred):**
* Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools, such as Power BI or Looker;
* Experience with fleet management systems (TMS).
* Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
