The Construction Equipment Rental Sales Representative is responsible for prospecting, serving, and retaining customers by providing rental solutions for machinery, tools, and equipment used in construction projects. The role spans from initial customer contact to contract closure, ensuring customer satisfaction and achievement of company sales and profitability targets. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prospect new customers in the construction industry; * Serve and negotiate with customers in person, by phone, and via digital channels; * Prepare equipment rental quotations and commercial proposals; * Monitor the entire rental process: request, contract, delivery, and return; * Ensure customer retention by maintaining post\-sales relationships; * Achieve sales, profit margin, and contract return timeline targets; * Update the CRM system and maintain visit and negotiation reports; * Support logistics and maintenance teams with information on demand and timelines; * Monitor market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities; * Represent the company at construction sites, trade fairs, and industry events. + **Education:** Completed high school; + **Experience:** Prior sales experience. + **Knowledge:** - Sales and negotiation techniques; - Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems.
