During the program, interns will gain hands-on experience in their field of study, as well as the opportunity to collaborate directly with other departments within the Ginseng Group—enabling them to develop a more strategic, holistic understanding of the company. From corporate finance, procurement/logistics, people & culture, to sales, candidates will immerse themselves in the Ginseng Group universe and experience a broad range of what the company offers—with the primary objective of developing projects that add value to these areas and to the business overall. Additionally, a dedicated training calendar will be established, featuring activities designed to foster integration and support the development of these projects. Integra participants will receive guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals in the market, who will assist in project design, supervise assigned tasks, and monitor each participant’s professional trajectory.
