




Job Summary: Provide administrative support and excellent service to students, parents, and the school community, contributing to the organization and success of pedagogical events. Support administrative operations, contributing to excellence in service to students, parents, and other members of the school community. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Answer telephone calls (landline and mobile) for the department, responding professionally via the company's messaging platform, transferring calls to appropriate departments or providing relevant information as needed. * Assist with administrative tasks, including document filing, report preparation, and inventory control of materials. * Collaborate in organizing and managing logistics for school events such as parent meetings, lectures, and extracurricular activities, contributing to the success of these initiatives. * Schedule appointments for family members and/or students with educational counselors; * Receive and assist parents, students, and other visitors courteously, providing a welcoming and professional environment while delivering and clarifying relevant departmental information and guidance; * Assist in receiving students, guiding them according to their identified needs and demands, offering appropriate support and direction. * Complete follow-up forms in the company's School Management System, ensuring efficient recording of incidents and relevant information; * Extract reports from the School Management System, monitoring attendance registration, assessment grades, and scheduled versus completed curriculum content; * Verify student and teacher registration, class assignment, and access on educational platforms contracted by the company; * Compile records of student absences and tardiness for submission to the educational counseling team; * Monitor and verify the submission of schedules, class diaries, and assessments, ensuring adherence to deadlines; * Collaborate in implementing pedagogical and disciplinary interventions when necessary, operationally supporting the educational counselor; * Contribute to monitoring students with specific educational needs, assisting in the logistical setup of adapted assessments; * Assist in designing assessments, adapted tests, exercise lists, and other materials to be administered to students; * Schedule classrooms, laboratories, and other spaces, ensuring efficient and safe use of facilities and avoiding scheduling conflicts. * Monitor supply availability for the educational counseling department, ensuring all resources are available to support counselors' work. * Assist in logistics for organizing and operating internal and external assessments. * Request communications from the Marketing department for promoting pedagogical events. * Schedule appointments with families according to unit requirements. * Support the execution of pedagogical events such as tutoring sessions, fairs, and other institutional activities. * Record student incidents and services provided in the School Management System (SGE). * Address basic operational student support requests, such as email password resets and guidance on using the SESI SENAI app. * Organize exam printing according to the academic schedule. * Manage teaching materials, such as study guides, ensuring they are ready for use upon request and delivered promptly. * Manage distribution and collection of keys for accessing educational environments, ensuring security and integrity of these spaces. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education * Experience in the education field * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency * Experience with administrative processes * Experience with presentation tools **Additional Information** * Number of positions: 01 * Fixed-term period (06 months) * 44 hours per week – SENAI POÇO * The selection process will include the following stages: Screening, group dynamics, HR interview, and Manager interview (should any stage change occur, we will notify you in advance) * For candidates who remain eligible for future processes, this selection process may be reused throughout 2026, provided qualified candidates are available. * Should any change occur in the selection process stages, we will notify you in advance. **BENEFITS:** Caju Card: Meal and food benefits Life Insurance: Comprehensive care for you Serenamente: 24-hour mental health support including psychotherapy and advisory services (legal, financial, social) Birthday Day-Off: Time off to celebrate your special day Childcare Allowance: Support for caring for young children Corporate University: Learning and growth opportunities Annual Leave: Paid leave according to the corporate calendar PPR (Profit-Sharing Plan): Recognition for your performance The **SESI (Industry Social Service)** and the **SENAI (National Industrial Training Service)** are part of the **FIEA System**, which belongs to a national system comprising 27 state federations and led by the National Confederation of Industry (CNI).
