We are looking for a talent to fill the position of Commercial Assistant **Let’s transform collaboration into results—together?** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Key Activities:** * Monitor supplier operational execution, tracking performance indicators and reports per the Operational Book guidelines, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and service levels defined by the company. * Control and validate title transfer and installment processes by reviewing documentation and analyzing records in corporate systems, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. * Monitor execution and closure of commercial service orders, verifying data consistency in metering bulletins and field reports, focusing on mitigating inconsistencies and preventing financial losses. * Conduct administrative and operational audits for reading, billing, and collection processes via sampling analysis, photographic records, and field evidence, ensuring data reliability and adherence to established standards. * Track resolution of anomalies identified in commercial and registration processes, coordinating corrective actions with suppliers and internal departments to reduce deviations and continuously improve systemic data quality. * Support operational materials and equipment management by performing inventory control, restocking requests, and movement recordkeeping, ensuring resource availability and activity continuity. * Prepare, organize, and distribute negotiation kits and operational documents, ensuring correct delivery to field teams and efficient revenue recovery actions. * Control, organize, and archive physical and digital documents from the operational base, ensuring information integrity, traceability, and availability for auditing and inspection purposes. * Develop and consolidate performance and productivity reports, integrating supplier execution, quality, and cost data to support managerial analysis and decision-making. * Provide administrative support to Revenue Assurance routines, performing operational controls, system entries, and internal communications, ensuring process organization, operational fluidity, and information reliability. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education Level:** * Completed High School **Courses and Specializations (Desirable):** * Technical or undergraduate courses in Administration, Exact Sciences, Humanities, or Social Sciences **Technical Competencies:** * Experience executing administrative and operational controls focused on supplier monitoring and commercial process management. * Experience auditing title transfer, meter reading, billing/delivery, and collection processes—including identifying inconsistencies and proposing corrective actions. * Experience preparing and consolidating operational performance reports and spreadsheets, including productivity, quality, and service-level indicators. * Experience organizing, controlling, and archiving operational base documents, materials, and records, ensuring traceability and compliance with internal standards. * Knowledge of commercial and Revenue Assurance processes—including meter reading, delivery, collection, and title transfer. * Knowledge of operational data analysis and control using electronic spreadsheets and corporate systems. * Knowledge of administrative routines and materials management applied to operational activity support. * Knowledge of electrical sector safety regulations and quality standards related to field service monitoring and inspection. **Additional Information** **Why Apply:** By joining Grupo Equatorial, you become part of an expanding company whose culture values continuous development, talent diversity, and commitment to the future.
