Job Summary: The professional will greet customers, operate the cash register, maneuver and organize vehicles, and perform cash closing procedures, always acting with attention. Key Highlights: 1. Greeting customers and operating cash register equipment 2. Maneuvering and organizing vehicles safely and prudently 3. Managing cash flow and shift reports Responsibilities and Duties **Your daily routine will include:** * Greeting customers arriving at the parking facility; * Identifying whether customers are authorized (credential displayed on the vehicle’s rearview mirror), monthly pass holders, or residents; * Verifying the cash drawer balance upon starting your shift; * Operating cash register equipment in garages and parking facilities (issuing vehicle entry and exit tickets); * Manually issuing vehicle entry tickets (recording license plate number, brand, and model); * Safely and prudently maneuvering vehicles to designated locations (in accordance with the parking facility’s established standards); * Delivering vehicles to customers; * Organizing vehicle storage within the garage; * Always acting with attention; * Promptly reporting to the supervisor any refusal to present credentials; * Completing the shift cash closing report.
