Transform, simplify, and evolve the businesses of numerous supermarket chains across the country! What responsibilities will be part of your daily routine? Perform implementation, configuration, and training activities for systems to meet client needs and achieve service excellence and client satisfaction across all types of projects. Conduct system training for new clients, existing clients (small, medium, and large enterprises), and internal staff. Install server operating systems. Install and configure databases and EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) under supervision and validation. Provide support to clients and colleagues. Prepare documentation related to services performed upon completion of installation activities. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Things you need to do to excel here: Above all, you must be an exceptionally good person and possess a strong team spirit! It is also important to have: Full availability for travel and residence in Maceió-AL and the metropolitan region. Prior experience implementing retail software in general would be a plus. (Driver's license category "B" required; company provides vehicle for the project.) Basic knowledge of networking and Linux. Strong communication and teaching skills to train users and clarify doubts. Ability to handle pressure and unforeseen situations during implementations. Autonomy and organizational skills to manage deadlines and external demands.
