Opportunity for innovation and sales development **DESCRIPTION:** Ensure **excellence in bakery operations**, guaranteeing product quality, customer satisfaction, and process efficiency through strategic team management, ingredient control, service standardization, and achievement of operational and financial targets. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan, supervise, and coordinate all bakery activities to ensure smooth operations. * Organize and monitor logistics for product delivery to hotels. * Manage the team: scheduling, training, performance monitoring, and fostering a positive organizational climate. * Ensure product quality and standardization of production and service processes. * Control ingredient inventory, placing purchase orders according to demand. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including waste, productivity, and customer satisfaction. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and good manufacturing practices. * Develop initiatives to increase sales and enhance customer loyalty. * Support product innovation and participation in seasonal events or campaigns. * Conduct cash register opening and closing procedures, as well as operational cost control. * Maintain aligned communication with other company departments. **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor's degree in **Culinary Arts, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Food Science, or related fields** is preferred. Prior experience in **bakery management, food and beverage operations, or similar operations**, including team leadership.
