Job Summary: Manage the sales team, develop commercial strategies, monitor financial and operational performance, and ensure compliance with internal policies. Key Highlights: 1. Product mix and inventory management Main job responsibilities: * Structure and manage the team, overseeing work schedules; timekeeping; vacation scheduling; sales results; and performance; * Develop sales strategies to achieve store KPIs; * Monitor and present daily performance metrics to the team, such as: daily revenue, PA (pieces per customer); average transaction value, average sale, and conversion rate; * Manage packaging and merchandise inventory (complete required forms); * Monitor and/or perform cash register opening and closing; * Conduct team meetings to review sales performance and management; * Participate in team recruitment and selection processes; * Apply commercial legislation and internal policies when handling product exchanges and refunds; * Support the team in resolving customer complaints; * Manage teamwork and resolve any conflicts that may arise; * Recommend the store’s merchandise order list to senior management based on customer demand; * Administer the product mix, preventing stockouts or overstocking; * Monitor product exchanges, evaluating and applying internal policies. * Store daily cash closure files in designated drives; * Achieve sales targets by training, motivating, guiding, and providing feedback to the team; * Conduct employee performance evaluations to identify training needs and build career development paths. \- Monitor daily communications/announcements on the \- retailer portal website. Job Challenges: * Achieve store KPIs and objectives; * Manage the team effectively, keeping them engaged while adhering to current rules and policies; * Understand products and their specifications to guide the team; * Train the team on existing rules, policies, procedures, and product sales. * Develop business strategies to increase customer volume, drive in-store traffic, and optimize profitability.
